Our shoe materials generate positive effects on the environment during construction, provide premium comfort and support during use, and can ultimately be retired right back into the production process.

Our generation wants to redesign materials so they do the job they need to do and then go away... and not just go away, but go away safely.

I feel much more optimistic now than I ever have, because I see many more people trying to change things.⠀

There's a new materials revolution,

and its smaller companies—startups— saying ‘that’s not happening fast enough. We don’t like the way things are being done. We have a different vision of how we can get there.

And that gives me real confidence and optimism that a lot more people are working on these problems now around the world.

We have the responsibility and opportunity to dictate how our values are expressed in the products we consume.

If we choose to only purchase from products and companies that share our values and beliefs,

Then those are the ones that are going to survive.

Speaking up and using your voice in a way that can be heard—with your wallet and your choices—

allows for the products that we want to see come into the light.

There’s currently a massive reduction in the diversity of species living on the planet,

and all these problems are tied back to issues that humans are driving.

So how do we create a new economic model that can actually reverse these damaging impacts?
